10 Superfoods That Should Be in Your Daily Diet

I agree with every food choice on this list. Yes, there are many other superfoods however these ten are choices are ones I would suggest automaticlly. My personal favorites: Tofu, Blueberries, Mushrooms, Strawberries and Tomatoes.

    Blueberries, Mushrooms, Strawberries and Tomatoes - Yes. Tofu and I don't get along well. It has way too much assumable estrogen for my personal situation and I am under doctor's orders to avoid it [and coffee. and wine. and almost everything else that tastes good]. He calls it the "water and cardboard diet".

    But seriously now... Thank you for the ready reminder.

    Everything but the tofu & shrooms for me. I don't "tolerate" them well.
